About billing

What is the difference between the two tiers?

Standard has every core feature — it just leaves out AI and auto-translation. Pick Ultimate if you sell across borders and want machine translation and AI drafts. Both tiers carry the same number of seats.

How do I pay?

USDT transfers today. After ordering you'll see the address and amount; paste the transaction ID once sent and we activate it as soon as the payment is confirmed.

What happens when I upgrade mid-cycle?

Renewing the same plan extends from your current expiry. Moving to a higher plan restarts from the activation date, so paid time isn't wasted.

Can I get a refund?

The service is prepaid per period. If something stops it from working after activation, contact us — we'll help diagnose it or settle based on unused time.
